QLD Field Day: ‘Cropping for plant and soil health‘
Unearth solid, practical tips on how to build soil and plant health in broadacre cropping.
Join us on the 1st October near Goondiwindi QLD to hear from farmer Will McInnes on his plant and soil health ‘wins’ and how he got there. Biological agronomist Marco Giorgio Rego will also be sharing his insights on how farmers can improve their soil and plant health.
The day will kick off in the McInnes’ shed with a discussion on getting started with things like seed dressings and companion planting; followed by an afternoon session looking at soils and crops in the paddock.
We’re partnering with Macintyre Ag Alliance to deliver this event as part of our Cropping Resilience project, partly funded by the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund.
