Farmer Discussion Groups

Start, join or grow a farmer group, with guides.

We know that farmers learn best from other farmers’ experiences, especially when wanting to try something new. Part of our mission is to make discussion groups accessible to farmers around the country. Amongst other things, these groups support farmers to make changes on their farm to improve soil health.  This page has information on the different ways you can get involved with a group.

Join a group

We currently have a number of active farmer discussion groups around the country. They meet once a month over Zoom and keep in touch via Whatsapp. We facilitate some of these groups, and others are farmer-led. If you are interested in joining one of the groups, complete the EOI form by clicking on the the group name.

Farmer Discussion Group Guide

To help farmers set up and facilitate discussion groups, we have created the Farmer Discussion Group Guide: a step-by-step guide to support farmer-led regenerative agriculture discussion groups. The Guide is divided into four parts, which you can download individually or all together as one package.
